Mr. Stocks is a summer associate with Gramling Environmental Law, P.A. He received his B.B.A. in economics and international business as well as a minor in environmental economics and management from the University of Georgia. While a student at the University of Georgia, Mr. Stocks was heavily involved with the UGA Office of Sustainability and the Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity, as well as several other student organizations. He also conducted research and wrote a thesis on the topic of renewable energy support policies and their economic impact on the United States.

Mr. Stocks is currently pursuing his Juris Doctor at Florida State University College of Law, where he is in the Environmental Law Certificate Program. At his law school, he holds executive board positions in the Environmental Law Society and the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. Prior to joining Gramling Environmental Law, Mr. Stocks has served as an intern at O'Kelley & Sorohan Attorneys at Law as well as Gary Martin Hays & Associates.
